Refund policy

Returns 
Returns are gladly accepted for 14 days upon delivery. The item(s) must be returned in new condition in original packaging as you received it.  We cannot exchange or refund items past 14 days.

Gift cards

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and contact us to coordinate the exchange. 

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer address

Refunds 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval and process the refund immediately. Refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Your institution may have a delay on processing, but we have no control of that. 

Late or missing refunds 
If you haven’t received a refund, then contact your credit card company to find out how long it takes to process the refund. Institutions can take up to nine business days to process.  If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us 

Closeout items 
Only regular priced items may be refunded; unfortunately closeout items cannot be refunded.

Theft

You will receive an email when your item has been shipped and when your package has been delivered. Sadly, Porch Pirates exist and we cannot replace stolen items.

Exchanges  
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us along with a picture of the defect. Although we have awesome people in production, it could be possible that your image is tilted or there may be a flaw in the fabric. We are more than happy to make it right. Please send us an image of the flaw to beats4hope.com. Exchanges can happen the first 14 days upon arrival.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $5, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Porch Pirates are real! Please make sure you add your email address during checkout and you will be notified when your package has shipped, with tracking and when the item was delivered. We are not responsible for replacing items taken post delivery.
