How Long Does it take to process an order?
Please allow 5 business days for your order to be processed for shipping. We update the front of the website as our status changes. Changes have been impacted by COVID19 and delays with shipping suppliers.
What about Shipping?
We ship domestically and to a select number of international destinations. International orders are fulfilled in EUR. Shipping times depends on your location and again dependent on the flow that has been impacted by the pandemic. Domestic shipping can be 3-5 days and a little longer for International orders. We update the front page of our website when shipping times have been delayed accordingly.
No shipping to PO Boxes
Incomplete Deliveries
Addresses with missing suite or apartment numbers are often returned to our production suite and Beats 4 Hope office is notified. It’s not until this point that a correction can be made to the address. Once we confirm the correct address, we will reship to you with a tracking number. We are not responsible for the delays that it takes USPS or the carrier to return the package to us. This process can take up to a few weeks so please double check your address is complete upon making your purchase. Every purchase comes with a tracking number, allowing customers to monitor the progress of their shipment in real-time.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $5, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Porch Pirates are real! Please make sure you add your email address during checkout and you will be notified when your package was shipped, with tracking and when the item was delivered. We are not responsible for replacing items taken post delivery.
We recommend opting for delivery tracking. Get notification on your delivery status. We are not responsible and cannot replace stolen packages.
